Object 4.1 was written, arranged and recorded between 7pm and 10pm on the 22nd of January 2020 by the musicians involved, completely live and completely improvised.

This object was recorded as a double duo panned hard left and hard right with vocals down the middle, the first track was improvised from a randomly chosen mood card, track 2 consists of one duo playing a drone while the other duo plays improvised chords and melody's and the final track each player played only three notes of there own choosing.

Charlie played an Upright Bass made in the GDR through a MXL ribbon mic. Dave played a Fender bass guitar, Matt played a Godin archtop guitar through an Se Electronics condenser mic. Rob played a Hofner electric guitar and Susie used her voice and various found objects through a Se Electronics condenser mic. It was recorded through a Steinberg UR-RT4 in to Cubase and mixed using Wave Plugins.

No Limiting was used in the making of this object.
